RFP J28007 ASSESSMENT & TREATMENT OF ADULT SEX OFFENDER

The Department of Judiciary for the State of Hawaii is soliciting proposals under RFP J28007 to provide comprehensive assessment and treatment services for adult sex offenders in the Fifth Circuit on the Island of Kauai. The scope of work includes conducting pre-sentence assessment evaluations and providing court-mandated treatment through in-person services. Key deliverables consist of comprehensive evaluation reports incorporating clinical interviews, psychometric testing, polygraph examinations, and either penile plethysmograph testing or Abel Assessments.
