Mayville Community Schools is soliciting bids for the Mayville High School, Middle School, and Administration Building Roofing project under solicitation RFP-MAY-270000000170-1. The scope of work encompasses all trades required to complete the roofing project in accordance with the plans and specifications provided by the architect, engineers, and construction manager. The project is scheduled to begin on June 15, 2027, and must be completed by August 14, 2027. This is not a prevailing wage project. Bids must be submitted in three copies by mail or in person to Superintendent Mike Seaman by 3:00 p.m. on November 5, 2026. Electronic submissions via email, fax, or telephone are strictly prohibited. For any bid exceeding 50,000 dollars, a certified check or bid bond from a Michigan-approved surety company for at least 5 percent of the base bid is required. R.C.
