The City of Saint Paul’s Office of Financial Services–Real Estate Division, in coordination with the Solid Waste & Recycling Division of Public Works, is currently accepting proposals from design consultants for design and engineering services for the 60 Sycamore Remodeling Project. A Mandatory Pre Proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 15th, 2026, at 10 AM CST on site. The address is at 60 Sycamore St W, Saint Paul, MN 55117. Addenda if necessary will be posted on Friday, September 25th, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation.
