The North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC), through PRIDE of Ticonderoga, is soliciting proposals for two expedited manufactured-home replacement projects at Cascade Acres in Lake Placid, New York. The scope of work involves the demolition of existing substandard homes and the installation of two new HUD-code and ENERGY STAR certified manufactured homes, one requiring a minimum of two bedrooms and the other a minimum of three bedrooms. Comprehensive services are required, including site work, the installation of engineered frost-protected foundations sealed by a New York State licensed professional, utility connections for water, septic/sewer, and electricity, as well as all necessary permitting, testing, and closeout activities. Due to urgent health and habitability conditions, this is an expedited procurement requiring bidders to mobilize promptly and provide detailed winter-work planning to account for cold-weather construction challenges. Proposals are due by October 30, 2026, and must be submitted via email to Sophia Palma. Required submission documents include itemized cost estimates for each site, a detailed project schedule, model spec sheets, floor plans, proof of insurance, and workers compensation. NRDC strongly encourages participation from New York State-certified MWBE, SDVOB, Section 3, and small local businesses, with specific contracting goals set at 10% for SDVOB and 5% each for MBE, WBE, and DBE. Final payment is contingent upon the completion of all required inspections, the closure of permits, and the delivery of ENERGY STAR certification and closeout documentation. NRDC reserves the right to award the projects in whole or in part and welcomes proposals from both individual home retailers and site contractors or combined teams.

The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation is soliciting proposals for the design and construction of a move-in-ready, code-compliant residence located on vacant land north of the Sturgeon Fish Hatchery in Bridgeport, Washington. The project consists of a one-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home of approximately 1,598 square feet with an attached two-car garage. The selected contractor will serve as the single point of responsibility for all labor, materials, engineering, permits, and the installation of critical infrastructure, including well and septic systems, utilities, access, and drainage.
