RFP CONTACT Adam Gottselig Procurement Manager Farm Credit Canada procurement@fcc.ca RFP SCOPE Effective July 31, 2023, FCC established a Transformation Hub that will coordinate the development of and execution of corporate transformation efforts.  This “Hub” will remain in place for the duration of the corporate transformation activities, and will be dissolved following its completion. To support the mandate of the Transformation Hub, FCC requires the services of an experienced and skilled Proponent (i.e. management consultant) to serve in the role of Head of Organizational and Cultural Transformation.  This individual will report directly to FCC’s new President and Chief Executive Officer and work closely with the Office of the CEO, the Executive Management Team (EMT), and the other members of the Transformation Hub, to help revitalize FCC's culture and review the organizational structure, develop a roadmap for its execution, and coordinate execution activities. RFP PARTICULARS All conditions for Proponent participation are included in the RFP documents. Duration of Contract:  Initial Term of three (3) years. Options: Two (2), one (1) year options. RFP PROCESS CONSIDERATIONS This opportunity is covered under the provisions of Chapter 5 (Government Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Chapter 19 (Government Procurement) of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). FCC is subject to the Official Languages Act (Canada). Proponents may choose to respond to this RFP in their official language of choice (English or French).
