REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Town Hall and Central Fire Station Window Replacement Located in the Town of Antrim, NH Prepared by: Antrim Public Works Department 62 Goodell Road Antrim, NH 03440 The Town of Antrim (the Town) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for replacement of windows at the town hall and central fire station Scope of Work Work will take place in the following buildings. Town Hall Window Replacement Work shall include replacing windows with energy star compliant windows and all exterior trim, painted as needed; interior trim replaced as needed. Central Fire Station Window Replacement Work shall include replacing windows with energy star compliant windows and all exterior trim, painted as needed, interior trim replaced as needed Contractor shall be responsible for removal and disposal of existing windows. General Information Award of Contract – The Board of Selectmen will review proposals and make the final selection. The Town of Antrim reserves the right to reject any, all, or portions of proposals or to accept the proposal deemed to be in the Town’s best interest, regardless of the lowest proposal amount. The Town reserves the right to: Not award contract Waive any irregularities or informalities Accept the proposal deemed most beneficial to the Town Estimates submitted should be accurate Pricing: Itemized billing per window, per building. Payment: The Town of Antrim reserves the right to withhold fifteen percent (15%) of the total contract amount until a final inspection of the project is completed by the town, and all work and material is determined to be completed satisfactorily.
