Tarleton State University (herein referred to as Tarleton) is soliciting proposals and intends to enter into an agreement to perform campus financial services. Tarleton’s proposed program will greatly expand the opportunity for campus financial services by integrating numerous campus assets into a comprehensive program. Tarleton’s intent is to establish a strategic business relationship that will advance the objectives of Tarleton by establishing a relationship with a financial service provider to provide dominant positioning and “best-in-class” products and services to the Tarleton students, faculty, staff and alumni (the “Tarleton Community”). Tarleton will be entertaining proposals from both (a) banks and (b) credit unions for the following rights:• Intellectual Property (IP) rights – use of Tarleton marks and logos, “official” designation;• Campus marketing category exclusivity;• An integrated campus marketing package, including but not limited to signage, sponsorship, program support and collaboration on communicating the partnership and its benefits to the aforementioned Tarleton community;• Best-in-class banking products and services for the Tarleton Community, including a co-branded affinity debit card program;• Financial education seminars and tools;• Internships and scholarshipsThe services will be provided in accordance with the terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications set forth in this RFP. Specifications are set forth as an attachment to this RFP and will become a part of the contract as if written herein. This RFP provides sufficient information for interested parties to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by the University.
