General Information: In accordance with Texas Education Code, Section 51.783, the University of Houston (“Owner”) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each a “Respondent”) for Hilton Hotel Underground Garage Structural Repairs (the “Project”), located at 4450 University Dr., Houston, Texas 77204. Project Description: All labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to Hilton Hotel Underground Garage Structural Repairs in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Kirksey Architects, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A. A mandatory pre-conference meeting and site visit will take place on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 @ 3:00 PM CT, Hilton Hotel, 4450 University Drive, Suite S104 (Conference Room).
