The State of Michigan, through the Department of Technology, Management and Budget, is soliciting bids for the production of 8,000 Form 4156 MET Owl Bookmarks. The bookmarks must be manufactured using 24 Pt. C2s Cover stock with a finish size of 1-3/4" x 5-3/4", featuring 4/1 printing with bleeds. Technical requirements include intricate custom die cutting following the design outline, a centered 1/8" drilled hole at the top, and a dark blue tassel affixed through the hole. Bids will be awarded based on the best price and value, and only prequalified vendors registered with the State of Michigan and Print and Mail Management will be considered. To avoid disqualification, vendors must provide a detailed quote letter and a PDF proof for approval prior to the production run. Deliverables must be shipped F.O.B. destination, inside delivery, to the General Service Building in Lansing, Michigan, with the vendor assuming all packaging, freight, and shipping costs. Strict packaging specifications require items to be bundled in 50s, with cartons not exceeding 40 lbs, placed on 48" x 48" 4-way hardwood skids no higher than 48" from the floor. Payment will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer within 45 calendar days of invoice receipt or final acceptance. The contract is governed by the Standard Contract Terms - Short Form, which includes provisions for termination for cause or convenience, indemnification, and strict confidentiality regarding state data.
