This solicitation is for mobile telephone services. The Embassy is using approximately 370 lines for official purposes. The Contractor shall provide complete mobile telephones services for the U.S. Embassy of Yaounde. Services provided shall include: Mobile Telephone Equipment Calls within Cameroon International Calls International Roaming Internet SMS Messaging Voice Mail Rental of Cellphones, with or without SIM Cards 24-hour Customer Service Detailed Billing of Calls Made The Contractor shall ensure that the connection through its network is of the highest quality possible and shall be uninterrupted, clear, and with no static. Network problems shall be remedied immediately, and the COR must be immediately informed of any problems and their resolution. The Contractor shall ensure services include; Mobile Telephone equipment depending on the plan the government adopts. Embassy group call plans. Calls within the same network and to other mobile networks. The contractor shall provide new devices at the commencement of the contract and a refresh /upgrade at commencement of option year two; if the government selects to exercise the option.
