The American Embassy Vientiane, Lao P.D.R. is seeking quotations from qualified vendors to supply Workshop Equipment and Tools for the U.S. Embassy Vientiane. You are invited to submit a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The RFQ consists of the following sections:
- Standard Form SF-18
- Schedule of Supplies and Pricing
- Technical Requirements and Instructions to Offerors
U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requires that contractors be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to being awarded a purchase order. Contractors who are not registered in SAM may not be awarded a purchase order. This requirement applies to all acquisitions for overseas vendors greater than $40,000 USD.
