Repair a sewage disposal system on the property at 11495 Eds Drive, King George, Virginia 22485 per Virginia Department of Health Onsite Soil Evaluator (OSE) Construction repair Permit Health Department Identification (HDID): 099-26-0034-SR dated March 6, 2026. All work must adhere to the Code of Virginia Administrative Code Chapter 610, Sewage Handling and Disposal Regulations as relevant to the issued permit. The system shall carry a minimum one (1) year labor warranty in addition to the manufacturer’s warranties.
