RFQ 2026-07 Northeast Rural/ Urban Roadway Improvements Design Services

The City of Georgetown, Kentucky (the “City”) is requesting qualifications from firms interested in providing design services for the Northeast Rural / Urban Roadway Improvements project. The project involves design and construction administration services for an extension of Lexus Way and widening of Old Oxford Road. The selected firm will collaborate with the City to ensure the final design meets the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) design standards and meets the needs of the City of Georgetown. Addenda and Interpretations: All addenda and Q&A posted in the “Public Purchase” portal, if any, shall be considered in preparing qualifications, and such addenda shall be made a part of this RFQ. Before submitting qualifications, it is incumbent upon each vendor to be informed as to whether any addenda have been issued, and the failure to cover in the qualifications any such addenda may result in disqualification of that qualification. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-qualification documents will be made to any vendor orally. Every request for such interpretation should be submitted through the “Public Purchase” portal linked here: http://www.publicpurchase.com/. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions, if issued, will be posted to the “Public Purchase” portal. Failure of any vendor to receive any such supplementation or interpretation shall not relieve such vendor from any obligation under their qualifications as submitted. All posts so issued shall become part of the RFQ and/or contract documents.
