The Georgia Department of Transportation is soliciting qualified firms to provide statewide planning technical support services under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a maximum term of five years and an estimated value ranging from $25,000 to $10,000,000. The contract requires comprehensive project management and coordination for the Office of Planning, including support for the Program Planning & Implementation program, financial analysis, reporting, development of standardized procedures, and the creation and maintenance of an integrated modernized planning tool. Firms must also address ad hoc requests such as supplemental reports and client inquiries. All work is to be performed throughout the state of Georgia, and consultants must be prequalified in Area Classes 1.01 (Statewide Systems Planning) and 1.02 (Urban Area & Regional Transportation Planning).
