Full Description
In accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) streamlining principles, the Hawaii Army National Guard is soliciting quotes for the following commercial services: Conduct anchor load inspection and certification with cleaning and patching rusted holes and welding metal parts on ladders. Rubble pile sites will be inspected prior to any welding to prevent fire and injuries during work. Perform a load test of all (18) total anchor points and D-rings.

Additionally, in order to be eligible for award, all respondents shall complete all Representations and Certifications found within their profile in the System of Award Management (SAM) athttps://www.sam.gov.
The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract WITHOUT discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms. [RFO FAR 52.212-1(d)].
A quoter which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third-party shall be deemed technically unacceptable.
