Craven County solicits your interest in providing Qualifications for Pre-Construction Services and Construction services of the project including all site work, infrastructure and building for Craven County Building Demo, Parking Lot and New Addition in New Bern, NC, located at 403 E. Front St.The project consists of four phases. Phase 1 is the demolition & removal of the building on site, Phase 2 will be construction of a parking lot over the existing lot. Phase 3 will be a new addition to the existing Craven County Administration building. The new construction will be a 45,000 to 55,000 square foot, 2 story office building. The project will also, include the associated Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical systems required for the new addition. The Civil scope of work will include the new building pad and modifications to the existing parking areas and site utilities.
