1.1 Please see attached Scope of Work. The Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE), Office of Dispute Resolution (ODR) seeks to enter into an agreement with vendors to provide Transcription/Court Reporting Services, pursuant to 34 CFR§ 300.512 in which all parties to a hearing have the right to obtain a written transcript of the hearing. Parents involved in a hearing, have a right to a transcript of the hearing free of charge. Services are needed starting the date of award through September 30, 2027. This event (Doc850460) is only open to qualified CBEs and replaces (Doc850383) due to a technical issue. Up to three (3) BPAs may be awarded. Thus, the solicitation may result in the award of multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements. (SEE below for Attachment A-SOW & Attach B- Price Schedule in SECTION 2.42.1).
