Supply Chain Management (SCM) Contracting Service Center, Direct Demand Division (DDD) is issuing this RFQ for one (1) group consisting of three (3) requisitions, one (1) EA on each requisitions therefore total three (3) EA, PN: H5-125, HALO 5 Whole House Water Filtration & Conditioning System. This requirement needs to meet Product Salient Characteristics and Installation Requirements.
Attached RFQ documents MUST be completed, signed and returned no later than time of RFQ closing (8/21/26 5:00 PM EDT) to be considered for award. Quotes submitted after closing date and time will not be considered for award.
