RFQ #KOFAC-27-001 - Request for Proposal for the Sale of Ivy Tech Community College's Peru Property

Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is soliciting proposals for the sale of its former Peru Campus properties, located at 425 W Main St. and 366 W 3rd St., Peru, IN 46970. This sale of surplus property includes all parcels identified in Exhibit A and B. Interested parties are invited to attend property tours and information sessions held on November 9th and December 10th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM EST at the 425 W Main St. location. All proposals must be submitted via a Letter of Intent (Exhibit C) by January 5, 2027, at 5:00 PM EST, delivered either electronically or by mail to Ethan Manning. To be considered, proposals must include a description of the intended use of the property and its projected benefit to the community, as the future use of the site is a key evaluation factor. Additionally, applicants must provide recent financial statements to demonstrate financial stability and indicate if they wish to acquire any building contents. Upon the mutual execution of a Letter of Intent, the purchaser has five business days to submit a formal purchase agreement. A deposit of 25,000 dollars in earnest money is required within five days of the execution of said purchase agreement.
