The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-priced contract resulting from this BRAND NAME or EQUAL solicitation to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) vendor. Only new items will be accepted. Refurbished items are not acceptable. BRAND NAME or EQUAL to products matching the salient characteristics of the requirement from brands such as Waters, AB Sciex, PerkinElmer, and others will be considered. In addition to the quotation for the specifications, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote.
