Scope: The District is seeking electronic submission of qualifications from Commissioning Services firms (“Respondents”) to be in a Commission Consulting Services Pool for related services to implement the Measure P program and Capital Improvement projects. The Respondents must understand the wide range of needs inherent to community college bond programs and will be sufficiently experienced to meet those needs. The selected Respondent pool will be directly responsible for services located at sites on all District campuses and reporting results to the District. The Contract for these services will have a 5-year term and the District intends to hire one or more firms at their discretion.
Experienced firms interested in being considered for inclusion in this selection must electronically submit a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) as set forth in this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), which defines the services sought by the District and generally outlines the requirements for submittal.
