RFQ No. 2026PW396 Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Consultant and Civil Engineering Consulting Services Pool

The District is seeking electronic submissions of qualifications from firms specializing in Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) and Civil Engineering Consulting to be included in a consulting pool that will support the implementation of the Measure P program and various Capital Improvement Projects across all District campuses. This pool is intended to consist of firms experienced in handling the diverse needs associated with community college bond programs. The contract for these consulting services will span a 5-year term, with the possibility of the District hiring one or more firms from the pool at their discretion based on qualifications and suitability. Interested and qualified firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) electronically according to the procedures outlined in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ No. 2026PW396).
