The DeKalb Regional Land Bank Authority is seeking sealed quotations for demolition, debris removal, and site restoration services at 1134 Pluma Drive, Atlanta, Georgia, Parcel ID 15 081 16 014, under solicitation number PE-33213-NONST-2026-000000005. The work requires complete removal of residential structures and associated improvements, foundation removal where necessary, lawful disposal of all debris, and site restoration including grading, stabilization, and erosion control measures. All work must be completed within thirty calendar days of the Notice to Proceed, under a firm fixed price lump sum contract, with no provision for price adjustments, time extensions, or additional compensation due to failure to properly assess site conditions. Vendors must attend a mandatory pre-site visit, submit a completed quotation form along with a certified vendor certification, W-9 form, Contractor Affidavit and Agreement for E-Verify compliance, current Georgia contractor license, and at least three professional references for comparable demolition projects completed within the last five years.
