Copies of Proposal Documents may be obtained on the Town of East Windsor Website at https://www.eastwindsor-ct.gov/invitations-bidrfps/pages/open-invitations-bidrfps. The Town of East Windsor, Connecticut reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted in response to this Invitation to Bid.
