RFQt Golf Course Supplies

The City of Fort Worth is soliciting bids under solicitation number 26-0288 to establish non-exclusive agreements for the provision of golf course supplies for the Park and Recreation Department on an as-needed basis. The scope of work encompasses several core categories, including USGA regulation equipment such as flagsticks and putting cups, hole maintenance tools like augers and cup setters, on-course signage and markers, maintenance tools such as bunker rakes and marking paint, and facility support equipment including ball washers and water coolers. All supplied materials must be unused, of recent production, and meet USGA regulations where applicable. Bidders may propose brand name or equal products, provided that equivalent items are supported by descriptive literature and specifications for evaluation by the Senior Purchasing Manager. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Delivery is required within seven calendar days of a purchase order, with deliveries scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, to the Pecan Valley and Rockwood golf courses. Pricing must be inclusive of all delivery and freight charges. The agreement is subject to the City of Fort Worth Small Business Program, and preferences may be granted to certified Small Business Enterprises located in Tarrant, Wise, Johnson, Parker, or Denton counties. Compliance requirements include adherence to OSHA standards, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and various federal and state mandates regarding non-discrimination and anti-lobbying.
