The Service Provider will provide general architectural and related consulting services for various projects on Granville Island in Vancouver, British Columbia as detailed in CMHC’s statement of work. The Service Provider will act as the Prime Consultant and Lead Design as needed for various projects. The Service Provider may also be requested to work with and alongside other consultants without serving as the Prime Consultant but will still be required to serve as the Coordinating Registered Professional (CRP) on permit applications as needed.
