This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers. This requirement is for the establishment of a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for CORCAN-Correctional Service of Canada with various fabrics in order to manufacture undergarments for inmates across Canada. The fabric must be in accordance with the technical requirements. Orders will be issued on an "as & when requested" basis from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer for a period of one (1) year with the possibility to extend for three (3) additional one-year period.
