INTRODUCTION The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking to establish up to three (3) Standing Offer Agreements (SOA) for the services of an experienced and qualified residential and agricultural electrical contractor in the Ottawa, Ontario region, on an “as and when requested” basis for general service calls and emergency response calls at pre-arranged hourly rates for equipment and crews. Each project performed through the SOA will have a unique scope and deadline, subject to the needs of the NCC properties and as it’s requested by the NCC Technical Authority. Provisions are made within the SOA for emergency and after-hours service calls at a separate rate. Call-ups made under this SOA will be managed by NCC’s Real Estate and Development Branch. Enquiries regarding this RFSO must be submitted in writing by e-mail to Sr. Procurement Officer micheline.al-koutsi@ncc-ccn.ca as early as possible within the solicitation period. Enquiries should be received no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer not being provided. To ensure consistency and quality of the information provided to all Proponents, the Sr. Procurement Officer shall examine the content of the enquiry and shall decide whether to issue an amendment. All enquiries and other communications related to this proposal sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed ONLY to the Sr. Procurement Officer named above. BASIS OF SELECTION: The three lowest priced offers that meet the mandatory requirements will be recommended for issuance of a SOA.
