RFSO - National Individual Standing Offer - Laboratory Services

All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2023-08-22 at 2 p.m. EST. All bids submitted after 2 p.m. EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. A National Individual Standing Offer is required to provide reproducible, precise, accurate, timely and state-of-the-art analysis on environmental quality samples on a national basis. Analysis of trace levels of organic, inorganic, bacteriological and/or physical parameters must be performed in various media including, but not limited to: sediment, soil, water (fresh and marine), soil vapour, and air. This Standing Offer is to be used by the National Center of Expertise and regional managers/coordinators involved with contaminated sites within Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). The intent of this RFSO is to issue up to three National Individual Standing Offers, valid for five years. The Phased Bid Compliance Process applies to this requirement. No security requirement.
