RFSQ - Supplemental Professional Architectural and/or Engineering Services to Provide Design Services for the Development and Implementation of Various Roadway & Mobility Infrastructure Projects for Harris County Office of the County Engineer

Harris County is soliciting qualifications from professional architectural and engineering firms to provide design and construction administration services for various roadway and mobility infrastructure projects for the Office of the County Engineer. The scope of work includes planning studies, geotechnical and hydraulic analysis, drainage and traffic signal design, topographic and subsurface utility engineering surveys, and the preparation of bid documents and construction cost estimates. As part of the qualification process, firms must provide a Statement of Qualifications based on a hypothetical project for Garth Road Section 1 and 2, which has an estimated budget of 19,350,000 dollars.
