RFT Winter Sand

The City of Elliot Lake is seeking qualified suppliers to provide and deliver winter sand for use on municipal roads, sidewalks, and other winter maintenance operations.The winter sand shall be clean, durable, and suitable for winter road maintenance. Material must meet the City’s required specifications for gradation, quality, and performance under winter conditions.The supplier will be responsible for providing the required quantity of winter sand and delivering the material to the designated City location(s) as directed. All material must be free from unacceptable contaminants, organic matter, and other debris.Pricing should include all applicable costs, including material, loading, transportation, delivery, and any other charges associated with supplying the winter sand.Submission Deadline: All bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bids & Tenders platform before the closing date and time specified in the tender. Late submissions will not be accepted.The City reserves the right to purchase quantities as required throughout the winter season, subject to availability and operational requirements.
