RFX# LAF-27-001 for VFD Replacement - D1 LAF - FY27

The project scope includes a one-for-one replacement of VFD equipment at both Griffin Hall and Ivy Hall. The College invites prospective Vendors to submit a Bid Proposal for the VFD Replacements, located at both Griffin Hall and Ivy Hall located at 3101 S Creasy Lane, Lafayette, IN 47905; Ivy Tech Community College – Lafayette Campus. Respondents must submit a complete proposal that describes how the organization would address Ivy Tech’s current needs, future state requirements, and respond to questions listed in the RFP. In its proposal, each Respondent must describe its work plan for providing the requested services. In its work plan, each Respondent must provide a detailed description of any and all deviations from the specifications included in the RFP. Proposals must detail the capacity and approach to provide the College with a seamless transition in implementing any recommendations provided by the Respondent.
