The contract pertains to the procurement of three RIB, AIRFOIL components with part number 35-8644-60 and NSN 1560-01-153-1132, to be delivered within 171 days of award under solicitation SPE4A7-26-T-610E. Technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, referenced by R or I numbers, with the applicable revision determined by the solicitation or award date depending on acquisition size. The item is subject to export control under ITAR or EAR, prohibiting unauthorized disclosure or transfer of associated technical data to foreign persons, whether inside or outside the U.S., and DFARS 252.225-7048 applies. Access to this controlled data is restricted to DLA contractors who hold valid US/Canada Joint Certification Program approval, have completed required DOD export control training, and are formally authorized by DLA. Additional compliance obligations include CMMC Level 2 certification for third-party assessors, adherence to DLA packaging standards, configuration change management via engineering change proposals, inspection and acceptance at origin, removal of government identification from non-accepted items, bare item marking, and documentation for source approval requests.
