The contract mandates strict adherence to quality and technical standards, including first article approval and production lot testing to validate conformance. Packaging and marking must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E, MIL-STD-129, and DLA packaging requirements RP001. Due to the nature of the technical data, the contract is subject to ITAR or EAR export controls and requires contractors to have approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification. Additionally, the contractor must meet CMMC Level 2 certification and utilize the Wide Area WorkFlow system for all invoicing and payment processing.
