Solicitation # 191667

The Rice Incentive Program, administered by the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Conservancy for the state of California, provides funding for rice conversion projects on highly organic soils within the Delta. To be eligible, projects must be situated on soils with a high carbon percentage within the deeply subsided regions of the Delta. Interested parties can find more information through the official grants portal. The solicitation, identified by number 191667, was posted on September 17, 2026, with a response deadline of October 30, 2026.
