BLM-CO Rifle Fire Barracks Roof Replacement This is a pre-solicitation and sources sought announcement for a soon to be released solicitation for quotes on replacing the roof of the Fire Barracks or Bunkhouse located on the Rifle Ranger District compound in Rifle, CO. No quotes, proposals or prices are being accepted at this time. The Government estimates the rough order of magnitude for this procurement at between $25,000 - $100,000. Sources Sought: If you are interested, capable and available to perform this requirement, please email the POC with your contact, SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), capabilities narrative and socioeconomic status. Further set-asides to one of these sub-categories may be made based upon the responses - HUBZone, WOSB, SDVOSB, or ISBEE. Due date is only for expressing interest, not your quote. This response date for your quote will be established later. Abbreviated SOW: Remove and dispose of existing asphalt shingles and underlayment, then replace with appropriate underlayment, ice and water shield and standing seam metal roof after repair of any damaged areas. There are no known leaks or damages to the current roof. Size of roof is approximately 2400 SF. Period of Performance: negotiable based upon material availability, and weather.
