Full Description

This is a Notice of Intent to award sole source procurement to RIGAS. Under Authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), the 354 CONS at Eielson AFB, Alaska intends to purchase support and service for Clear AFS. This purchase will be done under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The requestor for the support and service has justified that RIGAS is the only approved source for this requirement due to RIGAS developed, designed and software engineered the programming used in the proprietary Title 5 monitoring system. The POC for this purchase is Patricia Hutcherson; patriciah@eielson.af.mil and the alternate is Brenda Kvittem; brenda.kvittem@eielson.af.mil.
