RIM Park Switchboard Extension

The City of Waterloo is soliciting quotations under RFQ 26-30 for the supply and delivery of one Siemens FC2 model switchboard extension to the project site at 2001 University Avenue East, Waterloo, Ontario. The supplier must be an authorized Siemens distributor licensed to sell and support equipment in Ontario and must adhere to technical specifications and drawings prepared by WSP. Key requirements include compliance with IEEE and ANSI standards, the provision of certified factory inspection and test reports, and the application of specific labeling, nameplates, and safety colors for emergency power systems. The equipment must be delivered no later than May 10, 2027, with the supplier responsible for obtaining written approval for the storage location.
