The Rincon behind-the-meter solar project, identified as Case No. PL25-0042, involves a Permit Adjustment Permit of Conditional Use Permit 36 for the installation of a fixed-tilt, ground-mounted solar photovoltaic system. Located at 3055 Pacific Coast Highway in Ventura County, California, the project spans approximately 28 acres across four parcels.
