Rincon WRF Improvements - CMAR Request

The City of Rincon, Georgia, is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms to undertake immediate improvements to the existing Rincon Water Reclamation Facility (WRF). The project aims to increase the facility’s initial capacity and set the stage for future expansions, utilizing state grant funds. Due to the urgency of the project, the City has chosen the CMAR delivery method to expedite the process. The contract includes limited preconstruction services, followed by a construction agreement based on a mutually agreed Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). The contract allows flexibility, enabling the Owner to add additional work scopes after the initial GMP as the project evolves. Interested parties must submit proposals by the response deadline of February 16, 2026. The selected CMAR will first provide preconstruction services and then transition into the construction phase under the agreed GMP terms.
