The item is classified as a critical application item, and all technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements referenced by R or I numbers, with compliance determined by the revision in effect on the solicitation issue date or award date depending on acquisition size. Packaging must conform to MIL-STD-2073-1E and marking must adhere to MIL-STD-129 without special markings. The unit of issue is each, priced at $7.00 per unit, with no variance permitted in quantity. Inspection and acceptance occur at the destination, and delivery must be made to DLA Distribution San Diego specified address.
