THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT.
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for Maintenance and Repair of HVAC equipment for the Department of National Defence located a 9 Wing Gander, Gander, NL. The work comprises of the furnishing of all labour, materials and equipment for the maintenance and servicing and inspection of commercial and industrial refrigeration, integrated heat systems, heat pumps, electric, electronic and pneumatic control systems and air compressors which includes any components dealing with heating, and cooling of air9 Wing Gander, Gander, NL.
The term of the Standing Offer is for two (2) years on an as and when requested basis, with an option to extend the term of the Standing Offer by a one (1) year period under the same conditions. A Standing Offer is an agreement and not a contract. Canada does not guarantee that the full amount, or that any amount, will be called up on any resulting RISO.
FAMILIARIZATION WITH SITE Prior to submitting a bid, it is recommended that bidders visit the site to review existing conditions and determine materials needed, the means of access and the temporary facilities required to perform the Work. Obtain prior permission from the Departmental Representative before carrying out site inspection.
