Riverside Community College District Corona Education Center

Proposal to construct the Riverside Community College District (RCCD) Corona Education Center (CEC) on approximately 10-acres requiring removal of existing hardscape and landscaped areas associated with a former shopping center. The CEC is a proposed 72,000 square foot building, up to three-stories in height, that would include surface parking, walkways, loading area, utility connections, hardscape, and landscape enhancements and serve as an extension of RCCD’s Norco College with goal of achieving Center Status. The proposed CEC would provide new classrooms and labs for existing programs to serve approximately 500 full time equivalent (FTE) students and approximately 36 FTE staff members.
