The project is administered by Riverside County Facilities Management, with Mike Sullivan, Senior Environmental Planner and Facilities Operations Manager, serving as the primary point of contact. No contract value is disclosed, and no federal acquisition regulation (FAR) clauses, evaluation factors, or detailed payment or invoicing procedures are specified in the available documentation, suggesting this is a local government procurement conducted under state and county procedures with no federal funding or contract type explicitly stated. The solicitation number is FM08130014548, with submissions due by August 11, 2025, and performance is expected to be completed on location without requiring delivery of goods, shipping terms, or federal packaging requirements.
