Riverside County Administrative Center (CAC) Flood Remediation Project, RIverside

The Riverside County Administrative Center located at 4080 Lemon Street in Riverside requires emergency flood remediation following a failed sink fitting on June 14, 2026. This incident caused water damage to approximately 2000 square feet of occupied space across floors one through eight. Under the authority of Resolution 2003-23, Facilities Management issued an emergency declaration to procure the necessary repair contracts without competitive bidding to ensure rapid restoration of the facility. The project is identified under the California Environmental Quality Act and is expected to have no additional direct or indirect physical environmental impacts. The facility will continue to provide public services throughout the remediation process without any change or expansion of its existing use.
