RIVET, BLIND

This contract is for the procurement of six blind rivets, part number MS24662-173, with NSN 5320-01-192-2248, issued under solicitation SPE4A7-26-T-637D by the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation. The item must comply with the National Aerospace Standard NASM24662 Revision 2 dated February 29, 2012, and associated Technical Data Package Rev A Gen 1. All supplies must meet technical and quality requirements as defined in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, identified by R or I numbers. Sampling and inspection protocols are strictly governed by MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1, or a comparable zero-based sampling plan, with critical, major, and minor attributes assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II or AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively; unspecified attributes are treated as major. Acceptance requires zero non-conformances if MIL-STD-105 or ASQ Z1.4 is used for lot sizing. The contract incorporates multiple Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement clauses, including FAR 52.213-4 for simplified acquisitions, FAR 52.246-2 for inspection and acceptance, and critical DFARS clauses such as 252.204-7012 for safeguarding covered defense information, 252.223-7008 prohibiting hexavalent chromium, 252.204-7018 restricting acquisition of covered telecommunications equipment, and 252.240-7997 requiring NIST SP 800-171 compliance with a deviation.
