AI Contract Overview
Solicitation SPE4A7-27-Q-0201 is a small business set-aside fixed-price contract issued by the DLA Weapons Support ASC Supplier Oper AE and AF Div for the procurement of 895 blind rivets. The items are designated as critical application items and must be produced in accordance with reference drawing 81755 C9510 Revision F and Huck International part number OSMLS100-EU05-03. Delivery is required within 320 days after receipt of order, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination. The contract mandates strict quality and packaging standards, requiring compliance with MIL-STD-129 for marking and ASTM D3951 for packaging, though DLA Master List requirements take precedence. Quality assurance will be governed by MIL-STD-1916 or MIL-STD-105/ASQ Z1.4, with a zero non-conformance acceptance level for sample lots. First Article Testing is required per FAR 52.209-4, and the cost of this testing will be factored into the government's best-value evaluation. Award will be based on a comparative assessment of price, past performance, and delivery schedules, with SPRS assessments and historical quality records weighted most heavily. Offerors must provide traceability documentation, such as approved source quotations or invoices, within two days of request. Invoicing and payment must be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system.
