Contractors are required to use WAWF for all invoicing and receiving reports and must comply with FAR and DFARS clauses including safeguarding covered information, combating trafficking, employment eligibility verification, and hazardous material labeling per 29 CFR 1910.1200. Offerors must hold a valid UEI and CAGE code and must self-certify their small business status if applicable, with joint ventures required to disclose all participant details. Compliance with all technical and quality requirements in the DLA Master List takes precedence over any other referenced standard, and contractual changes must follow the fixed-price clause 52.243-1.
