The contract specifies that all products must meet current military or recognized consensus non-government part standards, permitting previously acceptable revisions but requiring any newly manufactured items to comply with the current standard revision. Packaging and marking must comply with ASTM D3951 and MIL-STD-129 requirements, with palletization following the DLA Packaging Requirements (RP001). All quality requirements, inspections, and acceptance processes are mandated at origin, with strict protocols for handling non-conforming supplies. The shipment destination is DLA Distribution Cherry Point, North Carolina, with detailed shipping and packaging instructions specifying government labeling and identification removal from rejected items. The contract includes clauses for technical and quality control requirements from the DLA master list, ensuring compliance with higher-level contract quality standards and inspection protocols to meet critical application item standards under NAS9310 and NAS1687 specifications.
