AI Contract Overview
The contract solicitation SPE4A6-26-T-07MK is for the procurement of 55 pounds of solid rivets with NSN 5320-00-684-9911, to be delivered to Hill AFB, Utah, within 169 days after award. All supplies must comply with DLA’s Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, ASTM D3951 for packaging, and MIL-STD-129 for marking and barcoding, including Data Matrix codes on shipping containers. Inspection and acceptance occur at the manufacturer’s origin, with the contractor responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality systems. Sampling must follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 using zero-based criteria, with critical, major, and minor attributes assigned AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively. Item Unique Identification is not required per customer direction, though other identifying marks such as lot number and manufacturer logo must be present. The item contains technical data subject to ITAR or EAR export controls; only contractors with approved JCP certification, completed DLA export training, and DLA authorization may access or handle this data. Packaging must adhere to RP001 DLA requirements, and hazardous materials must be labeled per the Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) and MIL-STD-129, with MSDS submissions required prior to award. Invoicing is exclusively through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF), and payment processing relies on DoDAAC-based routing. The contract incorporates multiple FAR and DFARS clauses addressing cybersecurity, trafficking in persons, employment eligibility, sustainable products, prohibition of hexavalent chromium, export controls, and safeguarding of government information. Offers must be submitted electronically via DIBBS by the July 27, 2026 deadline, and are subject to the 10% quantity variance allowance. No pricing is specified in the CLIN, and the contract type remains undeclared, though it appears to be a simplified acquisition with no set-aside designation.
